Studying away from the classroom is an important way to reinforce learning.

As a school we place value on the following purposes for homework:

  • Engendering a love of learning and curiosity;
  • Enabling students to develop good habits of independence, responsibility, organisation and commitment;
  • Supporting students to increase knowledge and develop skills;
  • Strengthening the home-school partnership by providing an opportunity for parents or carers to engage in the curriculum studied by our students;
  • Consolidating key learning.
