Studying away from the classroom is an important way to reinforce learning.
As a school we place value on the following purposes for homework:
- Engendering a love of learning and curiosity;
- Enabling students to develop good habits of independence, responsibility, organisation and commitment;
- Supporting students to increase knowledge and develop skills;
- Strengthening the home-school partnership by providing an opportunity for parents or carers to engage in the curriculum studied by our students;
- Consolidating key learning.
