RS Components Innovation Challenge

A team of students from Bishop Stopford School took part in the RS Components Innovation Challenge on Monday 30th April at Rockingham Speedway in Corby.

The day included an outline of the Young Enterprise Launch Pad programme, followed by a visit to RS Component's Titan 2 truck. Students were given a tour of the truck and had the chance to try out the various items of equipment. Their main challenge was to then design a mascot for the truck and make a short presentation in front of RS Components personnel. The team from Bishop did extremely well but unfortunately didn't manage to get chosen to proceed to the grand finale in Nottingham.
