Sixth Form Admissions

Admission to the Sixth Form is based on academic criteria. (See PDF 'Sixth Form Admissions Explained'.) All students will need to complete an application form: students in Year 11 at Bishop Stopford School will receive conditional offers, and students from other schools will have their predicted grades taken into account before any offer is made.

40% of students join our sixth form from other schools, and they have the opportunity to visit during a working day prior to making an application. There is a sixth form code of conduct and dress code.
